Working on the Freezer Turret

A new turret is almost ready: the Freezer Turret! It does not damage enemies, but it creates an icy surface where the explosion happens and any enemy going through that tile will be slowed down. The icy surface lasts for a few seconds, but every subsequent hit on the same tile will extend this by additional seconds.
