Iron mine and refinery update

- Iron refineries can now be placed around the base.

- If there is a mine built in the map, a collector drone will start moving between the refinery and the closest mine. This is just a visual update, because the actual resources will be generated at the end of every wave.

- If there is no mine, the refinery does not show the liquid iron fx.
