UI enhancements

- Currently available items' UIs have been fully translated to the available languages and also "standardized" to have the same look and text formatting. Unnecessary texts removed and required ones added, the UI sizes updated and control layouts are fixed.

- Implementation of the top middle resources bar finished and it now displays the available resources and products real-time.

- The top game speed control bar also got a bit newer look with text indicating the game speed.

- Camera controls are also updated. Mouse scrolling now zooms in and out, while Q and E now rotates it around.
