Re-worked drones

Collector and refiller drones have been completely reworked:

- Each Refinery has 1 collector drone that brings resource from the nearest Mine that has the corresponding resource (Iron Ore, Crystal or Chemicals).

- Each Ammo Factory has 3 collector drones that bring the 3  different products from Refineries (Iron, Semiconductor and Explosives).

- The Main Tower has 1 drone to collect ammo from Ammo Factories and 1 drone that refills Turrets. These drones bring and refill ammo to the Turret that needs ammo the most.

The plan is that when the skills are developed then the player can increase these drones' numbers and collection speed and carry capacity.
