Concepting the updated level design


I received some feedbacks regarding the overall look of the game and everyone told me that while Rogue Tower has a minimalistic design and the blue environment fits that style, J.A.S.T.D. would benefit from a more detailed level design.

This is why I started experimenting with skyboxes and currently working on the sand map with day settings. My plan is that there will be 3-4 day cycles and a few maps, so when the player selects which one to play on they can also select the day cycle as well.

The attached images are just concepts! I wanted to see how a more detailed map looks like.
