Chemicals Deposit and Mine added

The last deposit - Chemicals Deposit - and the last mine - Chemicals Mine - added to the game. These will be used to generate explosives that will be used to create Rockets for the Rocket Turret. The UI will be updated after the Chemicals Refinery is also added (probably today).
